The WR300P, whose features include extreme flexibility, absolute precision and operation repeatability, is the ultimate expression of technology applied in the most diverse production contexts. The WR300P model operates based on a three-axis Cartesian system.
The system consists of screw axes with high rigidity ball screw linear guides. The load-bearing structure entirely consists of aluminium profiles.
The system is governed by encoder-driven bipolar stepper motors.
The machine is supplied with a PDA to control the main operating functions in the stand-alone mode.
Working phases can be programmed using powerful, PC-compatible proprietary software supplied with the machine. Thanks to the intuitive graphic interface, extremely complex operations can be carried out quickly and efficiently.
The programs developed with this procedure will be stored in memory and loaded into the robot, where they can be retrieved by the operator using the PDA.
The WR300P can be used for many applications, including dispensing, coating, screwing, milling and drilling, welding, pick and place.
The wrist allows to manage difficult working operations with tilted tools and permits to realize very complex paths.
The system is supplied with a CE safety barrier with front vertical sliding balanced door to help the operator with the loading-unloading operations.
