The AEB Robotics desktop machines, marked by extraordinary operation flexibility, precision and repetitiveness, are the ultimate expression of applied technology in a wide range of production settings.
All the robots belongs to the category of interpolated three and four-axes Cartesian robots. They use ball screws electric linear actuators to achieve a 6-micron working precision. The machines are supplied with PC-compatible AEB Robotics programming software and a PDA for quick modification of the parameters.
A work profile is created on a PC simply and intuitively, so that extremely complex operations can be carried out quickly and efficiently. The work profiles contain not only information about positioning and speed, but also include the status of the inputs and outputs to which the tools are connected. Programs developed with this procedure are stored in memory and loaded into the robot, ready to be called up by the operator on board the machine using the PDA supplied.
To make programming easier, specific working masks guide the user in creating points, lines, areas, arcs and circles in addition to conditional and relative lines.
The main applications of Waverider robots range from dispensing fluids, glues and other liquids up to coating, screwing, gripping and handling, and on to welding and milling.
The complete workstation – equipment integration the software implements considerably reduces the equipment costs necessary up until today for controlling tools, and makes the manufacturing processes more repeatable, with a consequent increase in production quality.
The Waverider desktop robots,satisfy off-line automated needs and, in all possible configurations, belong to cartesian type machines.
The TL5050 Cartesian workstation is designed to be used as an online or offline workstation in industrial manufacturing lines.
The range of versions offered includes the possibility to purchase the robot with the certified CE protection cage in both the mechanical and class 2 safety optical barrier versions. In this way operator protection is guaranteed at the highest levels.
