AEB Robotics presents its new robot

MARIO has been specifically designed for small and medium sized enterprises that want to dispense liquids easily, quickly and accurately. Very many production processes do, in fact, require repetitive dosing of glues, silicones or other liquids that are extremely difficult to do manually.

Thanks to continuous linear and circular path interpolation in  3D, with Mario it is easy to create programmes for the most complex paths and to execute them fluidly and regularly, and even minimal quantities of the most fluid glues can be dosed optimally.

Besides dispensing liquids though, Mario can also carry out many other jobs (e.g. welding, milling, etc.) if equipped and programmed correctly as it combines great flexibility with user-friendly programming and usage. In fact, its NEW proprietary software (MARIO SW) allows connection to the robot via a PC so its configuration parameters can be changed, devices diagnosed and the system’s work programmes can be created and changed simply and intuitively.
