FAQ

The robot doesn’t turn on.
Release the emergency button on the control box.

The PC doesn’t connect to the robot.
Check that the interface cable is connected to the PC serial port and to the special connector located on the control box.

The PC interface doesn’t open (error message Err code H012).
Check that the hardware key is connected to the PC serial port.

The robot does not correctly execute the work cycle.
Make sure that the safety cage door is properly closed.

During start-up, the "Memory KO" message appears.
Carry out the download operation.

The "Prog. KO" message appears.
Make sure there are no dimension errors in the selected program.

The tool used doesn’t work.
Check the connection on the RBT2 board and check its operating efficiency by forcing the output with the “output status” icon: check the LED corresponding to the output in question on the RBT2 board.

During operation the robot stops and one of the axes no longer has any torque (it moves freely).
Turn the robot off and then on again and repeat the reset operation. If the situation repeats, contact AEB-Robotics.

The "Diagnostics" message appears at the bottom right.

The robot moves too quickly during transfers.
Reduce the transfer speed from the right-hand box on the "general" page.

The "Incompatible file" message appears.
The system is trying to load a file created for a different robot, such as a file created for the WR500 in a WR300.
